The Mind Your Moves Challenge has been designed to start 2025 with the goal of being consistent, moving for YOU, your mind and moving how it feels good! Launching alongside an incredible Pilates program, is our Yoga sector which will encourage you to move mindfully and in new ways! It will also increase your Pilates strength and endurance through consistency and work ethic. Workouts have been created and combined to progressively develop your cardiovascular fitness, core strength and general wellbeing. Countdown is on, we can’t wait to move with you!
