Jessie Burgess is a Doctor of Chiropractic & RYS 200 Yoga Teacher who also has a keen interest in Nutrition holding a Masters degree in Clinical Nutrition. She is the owner of @Pilates Yeppoon, Emerald and Gladstone and Total Health Chiropractic SA alongside her husband Christian Burgess.
Jessie has worked in the wellness industry for the last 12 years, working one-on-one and in group settings in some of Australias leading Yoga Studios and Chiropractic Clinics. Primarily working in the Women’s Health and Pregnancy space and as a mum of a very active little boy she knows first hand how important it is to prioritize your health – both physically and mentally.
She brings a gentle, yet effective form of movement to leave you feeling an overall sense of wellbeing.

A wonderful class to increase mobility through various poses and flows, a must do for all, specifically those runners, those whose jobs require a lot of sitting, post-natal mummas and those who need a great release through the body!
