This intermediate mat work session has a particular focus on calf strength and foot and ankle stability, great for all and general strengthening! This class was designed especially for those runners! Taking up to three times our body weight with every running step, our feet have their work cut out for them. It’s therefore crucial we give them the TLC they deserve. You’ll need a box and a band for this one, as we work on challenging your feet and calves through planks, lunges and bridges. Come and move with physiotherapist and running enthusiast, Lisa!
