This class is designed to strengthen the muscles supporting our knees, from the glutes and hamstrings to quads and calves and, of course, the core! This class does not include any kneeling or lunge work, allowing those with acute knee pain to join in pain free. Physiotherpaist Lisa has specifically designed this class to for all levels to support knee pain, but also for all athletes including those runners!
