With just over 10 years of Physio experience under her belt, Lisa brings a real clinical flavour to her Pilates workouts. As a runner herself, she understands both the addiction and the benefits the sport has on your physical and mental wellbeing. You can therefore expect that her classes will aim to keep your body feeling strong and flexible, so that you can keep hitting the pavement with a smile on your face. With over 20 years of dance experience, she loves the creative flow that Pilates brings to the world of exercise. This class is designed to strengthen the muscles supporting our knees, from the glutes and hamstrings to quads and calves and, of course, the core! This class does not include any kneeling or lunge work, allowing those with acute knee pain to join in pain free. Physiotherpaist Lisa has specifically designed this class to for all levels to support knee pain, but also for all athletes including those runners! Time to take your body to a new level of strong, stable movement with correct execution and minimal pain. Let’s move with Lisa!
