Christian is a proud husband, father, personal trainer and owner of 3 @Pilates Franchises in QLD.
As a Personal Trainer, Christian focuses on strength training to prevent injury and increase athletic performance. Implementing this practice into his own routine, Christian has recently completed the Melbourne Marathon and an Ultra running event covering 67kms.
His passion for Pilates stemmed from the benefits he found as a footballer and runner when incorporating it weekly into his own training.
Christian played in the VFL, represented his state and most recently coached in QLD where his side recorded their 10th consecutive premiership.
He’s found the perfect blend for his training methods, implementing dumbbells into his reformer and mat classes with @Pilates. He loves that the members of his studios have access to an extensive range of classes, from top-tier instructors who provide a wealth of knowledge and cater to all who walk through the door.

Come move with Christian and train upper body! Christian takes you on an upper body strength session that encompasses some favourite reformer Pilates exercises and functional strength exercises to compliment the overall workout. This class has standard level beginner friendly exercises, however the programming and spring choices takes it up a notch to intermediate level. Give yourself a fun, new challenge and move with CB – adjust and take breaks where you need!
