Jacqui has been a Pilates teacher since 2022 and loves teaching a dynamic, contemporary-style Pilates class. She loves playing around with different props to keep her classes interesting and fun!
Jacqui has a group fitness and yoga background which inspired her to teach Pilates. She loves teaching and always tries to sprinkle all elements of the three disciplines into her classes to compliment the movement and connect the mental and physical. There is nothing she loves more than a plank challenge or a cardio burst to finish off a fun upbeat mat or reformer class!
