Steph has been a certified mat and reformer Pilates Instructor for over 5 years and has recently upskilled completing her Clinical Pilates Studies. Steph’s background in movement started with dancing of 15 years prior to becoming an instructor and has always felt passion in movement. She believes movement strengthens her mentally and physically and is a way of getting out of her head and into the body. Steph loves being able to share her passion, Pilates style and philosophy beliefs with others whilst incorporating her knowledge into spicy flows. She can’t wait to connect on the platform, looks forward to challenging you and allowing you to feel good in your body!

Raise the Roof is an intermediate mat class great for strength across the whole body, and specifically those avid runners out there! Steph will target key muscle groups, challenge muscular endurance and move strong on the humble mat! This session is fast paced, with hints of cardio and lots of coordination with full body movements. Only mat and weights are required. Let’s move on the mat!
