Steph has been a certified mat and reformer Pilates Instructor for over 5 years and has recently upskilled completing her Clinical Pilates Studies. Steph’s background in movement started with dancing of 15 years prior to becoming an instructor and has always felt passion in movement. She believes movement strengthens her mentally and physically and is a way of getting out of her head and into the body. Steph loves being able to share her passion, Pilates style and philosophy beliefs with others whilst incorporating her knowledge into spicy flows. She can’t wait to connect on the platform, looks forward to challenging you and allowing you to feel good in your body!

Join Steph for a nourishing, strong, intermediate Pilates meets Yoga Inspired Pilates mat session! this class has a mix of Pilates mat exercises, accompanied by Yoga movements programmed to increase overall body strength, mobility and length in the body. You’ll need a block, mat and Pilates ring to accompany body weighted movements. Let’s lengthen through those joints and nourish the body with Steph!
