Nat Costanzo is a Master degree qualified Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, Reformer Pilates Instructor, Peri Natal Exercise Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. Nat is a powerhouse in the fitness industry and well-known for her strong classes alongside her wealth of knowledge she shares throughout. She loves to empower you to understand your body, how it moves and the why behind movement with her master’s background. Nat has over a decade’s worth of experience in the fitness industry where she has worked in both one-on-one and group settings with clients at some of Australia’s leading fitness groups, including Saint Haven Private Wellness Club, KX Pilates and Fernwood Fitness Women’s Health Club.
