Kate is a professional dancer that found her love for reformer Pilates early on in her career. She went on to study full time dance after high school where she earned her Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management and a Diploma in Musical Theatre. Since then, she has been working as a professional dancer in the commercial dance scene.
She fell in love with Pilates as it complimented her dance training and her desire to become an instructor grew from there. Kate loves how exciting Pilates is, a dynamic workout that leaves you feeling strong and powerful. She has been an instructor since completing her Pilates training in 2019 and is so excited to have joined the @pilates Family. You’re sure to be pushed and work up a good sweat in Kate’s class.

Stillness in Stability is an express mat class, for the intermediate level. Kate’s focus in this full stranding workout, is to challenge stability, whilst giving layer on layers to improve mind body connection and control. You’ll need your mat and weights. A must do for improvement in balance & stability.
