Mixtape series: Welcome to the Mixtape Series. These classes have been created using existing express classes, fused together to make longer, stronger and more spicy classes! This means you could be moving with 2-3 of your favourite instructors in the one class!
This class is an intermediate matwork level session with Sarah, focusing on the lower body and full body! You’ll need a mat, Pilates ring and Pilates ball.
