With just over 10 years of Physio experience under her belt, Lisa brings a real clinical flavour to her Pilates workouts. As a runner herself, she understands both the addiction and the benefits the sport has on your physical and mental wellbeing. You can therefore expect that her classes will aim to keep your body feeling strong and flexible, so that you can keep hitting the pavement with a smile on your face. With over 20 years of dance experience, she loves the creative flow that Pilates brings to the world of exercise. Don’t be fooled by her sweet nature and friendly banter, this wonder woman packs a core and glute punch!

Madi has been a professional dancer for the past 12 years travelling in shows in Macau, Hong Kong, Germany, Belgium and all over Australia.
Alongside performing, Madi has been teaching Reformer and Mat Pilates for the past 5 years throughout general population, clinically alongside physiotherapists for rehabilitation, pregnancy friendly classes, and recently with AFLW’s North Melbourne in preparation for their current season. Madi recently completed her Exercise & Sports Science degree at Deakin University and is an ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach.
Madi has spent the past two seasons as Strength & Conditioning coach for Heidelberg Football Club alongside their back-to-back premierships as well as Strength & Conditioning coach at Melbourne Girls Grammar. She has just finished touring with Rookie Me for the AFL & AFLW Draft Combine and hopes to continue spreading her passion of movement and athletic development through her teaching philosophy of education.

Mixtape series: Welcome to the Mixtape Series. These classes have been created using existing express classes, fused together to make longer, stronger and more spicy classes! This means you could be moving with 2-3 of your favourite instructors in the one class!
This class is an all-levels friendly session matwork and Wunda with Lisa and Madi, both focusing on perfect posture! You’ll need the mat and Wunda chair, so be sure to set yourself up with both pieces of equipment.
