Nat Costanzo is a Master degree qualified Exercise Physiologist, Personal Trainer, Reformer Pilates Instructor, Peri Natal Exercise Coach and Group Fitness Instructor. Nat is a powerhouse in the fitness industry and well-known for her strong classes alongside her wealth of knowledge she shares throughout. She loves to empower you to understand your body, how it moves and the why behind movement with her master’s background. Nat has over a decade’s worth of experience in the fitness industry where she has worked in both one-on-one and group settings with clients at some of Australia’s leading fitness groups, including Saint Haven Private Wellness Club, KX Pilates and Fernwood Fitness Women’s Health Club. Nat’s vision: “I’m passionate about people, movement and learning. I want to help everyone to connect with exercise which they are excited about, feel challenged by, and to have fun while doing it. Christian is a proud husband, father, personal trainer and owner of 3 @Pilates Franchises in QLD.
As a Personal Trainer, Christian focuses on strength training to prevent injury and increase athletic performance. Implementing this practice into his own routine, Christian has recently completed the Melbourne Marathon and an Ultra running event covering 67kms.
His passion for Pilates stemmed from the benefits he found as a footballer and runner when incorporating it weekly into his own training.
Christian played in the VFL, represented his state and most recently coached in QLD where his side recorded their 10th consecutive premiership.
He’s found the perfect blend for his training methods, implementing dumbbells into his reformer and mat classes with @Pilates. He loves that the members of his studios have access to an extensive range of classes, from top-tier instructors who provide a wealth of knowledge and cater to all who walk through the door.

Mixtape series: Welcome to the Mixtape Series. These classes have been created using existing express classes, fused together to make longer, stronger and more spicy classes! This means you could be moving with 2-3 of your favourite instructors in the one class!
This class is an all-levels friendly matwork class with Christian and Nat, both focusing on mobility and stretch! You’ll need a mat and box.
