After years dancing professionally, Jane discovered Pilates as a way to support and strengthen her body – and was instantly hooked.
Since completing her instructor training in 2016, she’s been fortunate enough to teach across both Australia and London, and has developed a deep passion for Pilates education, leading teacher trainings across the country.
Now in her final year of a Physiotherapy degree, Jane is passionate about continuing to learn and building upon her years of experience in movement and teaching. Her classes are motivating, uplifting and inclusive – designed to challenge you to explore your strength, while still honouring how your body feels and meeting you where you’re at. Pilates has had such a positive impact on Jane’s life, and she hopes to pass that same enthusiasm on to others.
