Grab a set of dumbbells, a box and a mat and set yourself up beside your reformer or at your mat station as you work through a combination of upper body exercises, with a few core burners sprinkled in along the way. This class is all about building strength through your shoulders, back and arms while keeping your core switched on throughout. Fair warning though… your arms might be reminding you of this workout tomorrow!
