Flexibility is defined by your range of motion at a particular joint. Lack of mobility may be a result of many factors such as tight muscles, connective tissue and joint structures. This program is designed to safely progress your range of movement throughout your entire body. Exercises have been chosen using the Reformer Carriage and other accessories to build your flexibility, contributing significantly to easier movement patterns, whilst potentially decreasing previous areas of pain.
